Dear Parents,
Welcome to Hutchison! For those who are Hutchison Eagles for
the first time, welcome! As you know, the PTA is a wonderful group of
parents, teachers and staff who dedicate their time to enrich our
children's lives and better our school. PTA helps parents, students,
school staff, and the community work together to share ideas about
programs and activities that benefit children. Over the next few
months we already have planned a Chuck E Cheese night, Toy Shop and
Bingo Night!
Please join us for our monthly PTA meetings on the fourth Monday of
each month. We meet starting at 7:00 pm in room #216. Please
consider supporting the PTA in some way - whether it is volunteering
your time, selling Innisbrook Wraps and/or attending meetings. Over
the school year, you will see numerous ways that we fundraise. The
Innisbrook Wraps sales fundraiser is our big one, where we hope to
raise at least $5,000. We will also have restaurant nights, t-shirt
sales, family nights and Box Tops to raise money. Your help is needed
to make these successful! The more parent involvement we have and the
more money we raise, the more we can do for our children.
The PTA communicates with you via a monthly newsletter and
announcements sent home with your child. You may also see PTA (and
school) events on our school sign out front. If you provide us with
an email address on your membership or volunteer form, we will also
communicate with you that way.
